Refunds and Exchanges All Mader's products are backed by our guarantee of 100% satisfaction. Our dedication to quality and service guarantees that you will be happy with your purchase. We will gladly exchange or refund any purchase in its original condition if notified within 3 days of receipt. These returns/exchanges are subject to the exceptions listed below
Seasonal/Holiday merchandise is final sale. Due To the seasonal nature of Christmas items, no merchandise is refundable after December 24th. All exchanges and refunds, with receipt, must be made by this date.
Return Policy In the rare instance that your merchandise is delivered to you in damaged condition, notify Customer Service at 1-800- 486-6351 within 3 days of delivery. Mader's has the option to exchange the damaged piece. In the event of a "customer changed mind" situation on stock merchandise, the customer is responsible for all handling charges that include a 10% repacking charge. We will pick up and issue a refund (minus the handling charge) if we're notified within 3 days of delivery. Custom ordered items, with personal names, cannot be cancelled. - Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable

- Packages that are returned or shipped with an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges.
